Jaime Hayon for Fritz Hansen “Favn” Sofa

New from Danish furniture manufacturer Fritz Hansen comes this impressive “Favn” sofa. Conceptualized by Spanish designer Jaime Hayon, the ”Favn” (which means “embrace” in Danish) was based on the form of a shell and is intended to look equally beautiful from all angles. Available in several different versions that incorporate a mix of three fabrics: one for the shell, one for the seat and back cushions and a third applied to small decorative pillows – the sofa comes in a range of colors from a traditional muted grey to a more attention-grabbing mustard yellow.
